Some more dates for our extremely popular Food & Wine Weekends, with a few changes – Scillonian Gin & Rum tastings are now in the program!
Stay for three nights and enjoy a pre dinner wine tasting with matching canapés on the Friday night. On Saturday, experience a gourmet dinner with paired wines in the Castle Dining Room hosted by hotel and vineyard proprietor, Robert Francis and on Sunday enjoy a tasting of locally produced gin and rum from neighbouring St Martins, this is the first island-based distillery, Carron Farm Distillery.
